I took DiDi today (a better Uber). My first ride. Between the front seats I saw two bottles of CocaCola Zero. The following dialogue ensued:

Me (via translator): are these for you or for the passenger?

Driver: For you

Me: May I have one?

Driver: Please

Me (holding cash in hand) How much?

Driver: it's free.

Me, shocked: really?

Driver: it's free

Me (grabbing the bottle)

Driver (gesture) Hold it, hold it.

He stopped the car after taking the corner, went to the trunk where he had some kind of the freezer and brought me a cold Coke.

The bottles next to the seats were not chilled.

Attention to detail

I said DD's better than Uber and I did this for a reason. Look at the screenshot. When you are waiting for the car to arrive the display shows not only that the driver is waiting at the traffic lights but it also shows the number of seconds the lights will stay red for him.
